1. About this website

This website is run by J.L.G. Consulting S.R.L., a software company registered in Romania. It describes our work and lets you contact us. It sells nothing, takes no payments and creates no accounts. Work we do for you is governed by a signed contract, not by these terms.

2. Using our material

You may read, print and share these pages, link to them and quote them with attribution. Our text, logos, illustrations and software remain ours. Testimonials, client names and logos, and other third-party material belong to their owners and may not be reused without their permission.

3. What we ask of visitors

Use the site lawfully. Do not try to get round its security, introduce malicious code, overload it, or send another person's confidential information without their authority. We may block abusive traffic, and we may change or withdraw pages.

If you find a security weakness, report it to contact@jlg.ro and do not test further.

4. No advice or offer

These pages describe our work. They are not advice, an offer or a commitment for a particular project.

5. Liability

As far as the law allows, the website is provided as it is, with no promise that it is free of errors or always available. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Warranties, liability, confidentiality and intellectual property for a project belong in its signed contract.

6. Other websites

Links to other websites, including our clients' pages about the systems we work on, are there for your information. We do not control those sites, and their own terms apply.

7. Questions

Write to contact@jlg.ro with questions about the website or these terms. Disputes about a project follow its signed contract and the law that contract names. Emails you send us are handled under our privacy notice.
