What it is
From the monthly roster to daily changes.
SkyRoster plans the people who staff air traffic control: who works which shift, with which qualifications, within which working-time and rest rules. Its engine is a constraint solver. It searches for assignments and improves them against the unit's priorities; the planners review the result, and they decide when the roster is ready to publish. It covers the monthly roster, the daily changes and the preparation of payroll data.

EUROCONTROL's rostering guideline, NMD/SAF/2653, takes its use cases from SkyRoster. We also contributed to the guideline itself, and to NMD/SAF/2611, on fatigue management in rostering.
