At JLG, our team members have the freedom to set their own schedules. Of course, we still value our work, so we organize ourselves to sync up with customers and team meetings when needed. When it comes to bonding, we’ve found some activities that really bring us closer together.
We always have a great time at our monthly office parties, where we get together to enjoy quality time, delicious treats, and some friendly board games. It’s a chance to relax, chat, and just have fun. Sometimes, we even throw in a few competitions with awesome prizes for the winners, keeping our passionate and competitive spirit alive.
Another highlight is our annual team building, which brings us all together, including our remote employees. The recipe for a successful team-building event at JLG includes a beautiful location with great views, fun activities, plenty of tasty food, and lots of laughter. It’s all about spending time together and enjoying each other’s company. For example, one of our fun team buildings this year took us to the stunning landscapes of Râșnov. We had a blast with paintball games that brought out our competitive spirit, followed by thrilling ATV rides through the scenic countryside. Capping it off with juicy burgers and quality time together made it a weekend to remember!
