#HiringFromUkraine

Two years ago, the world turned upside down. When we were starting to feel that it was almost over, now it happens again, due to far more violent causes. As brutal as it might feel, we must shake off the consternation and act. We must let go of the things we can't control and focus on what we can do to make things better.

There are hundreds of thousands of people that flee Ukraine these days. There will be many more during the next months. Some of them will need to find a job in a foreign country, a prerequisite to start a new life away from home.

Therefore, we will offer a full-time work contract to Software Developers from Ukraine that relocate to Bucharest. Our fellow Ukrainians will have access to all our open job positions. We will treat everyone equally, remunerate at market levels, and offer all the benefits that our Romanian colleagues get. We will assist them with finding a place to stay and obtaining the paperwork for the long-term work permit. Luckily, as jobs in the Technology sector are paid above average, a Software Developer will be able to support an entire family.

Because our greatest asset is our workforce. During times of uncertainty, there's one thing that we are the most certain upon, above anything else: everything we do, day by day, our greatest achievements and victories, all of them are built by good faith, hard-working people, in the benefit of users all around the world. Ukrainians are welcome to join forces with our friendly and resourceful team.

It's not much, but it's what we can do at the moment. contact@jlg.ro
